How it works

    Export what you already track

    Most collectors keep their binder or inventory in a spreadsheet already. Export it as CSV or Excel. The only thing we need is a header row with a column for the card name; a description column (set, condition, notes) and a price column are optional.

    Upload it and tick what to publish

    We read the file, work out which columns are the name, the description and the price, and show you a preview. Untick anything you would rather keep private. Replace your whole list or add to it.

    Buyers search it on your profile

    Your card list appears as a table on your public profile with a search box, so someone hunting for one alt art can find it in your 3,000 rows and message you from your profile in one click.

We find the columns for you

Headings like “Card Name”, “Set”, “Notes” or “Asking Price” are recognised automatically. You see a preview of the first rows, confirm which column is which, and choose whether the import replaces your current list or adds to it.

A wrong guess costs nothing: nothing is published until you press Publish to my profile.

Buyers search, then message you

The list sits on your profile next to your listings and feedback. Anyone can search it, and anyone with a confirmed email can press Message on your profile and ask about a row. You get a normal conversation in your inbox and take it from there.

Prices are optional. Leave the column out and the table simply says what you have; buyers ask.

Included with your account

Anyone with a confirmed email can publish a card list, however many rows it has.

Up to 5,000 rows

CSV, TSV or Excel (.xlsx) files up to 5 MB. Enough for a serious binder or a shop's singles case.

You stay in control

Update it whenever your stock changes, remove single rows, download the whole list back as a CSV, or clear it. Nothing is shown that you did not tick.

No middleman, as always

MoxSwap never holds the cards or the money. A buyer messages you from the list and you agree on the deal directly, the same as with any listing.
